Stromae Takes America

The past month has been a whirlwind for Stromae, who ended a massive tour with an unprecedented sold-out show at New York’s most-hallowed venue, Madison Square Garden on October 1st.

Throughout the tour Stromae was the darling of the US music press, with coverage in Billboard, Pitchfork, TIME, NYTimes, the Village Voice, Washington Post, and more.

Along the way, Stromae presented videos in a series called “Stromae takes America”, the last of which, featuring a ramshackle back-of-a-pickup accompaniment to “Ave Cesaria” near San Francisco, is viewable on Stromae France Rocks Page here
