An Evening of Global Sounds at Lincoln Center: Leo Sidran & Habbina Habbina

June 20 marks a standout night at Lincoln Center’s Summer for the City series, with a double-header of global sounds presented by Lincoln Center and France Rocks at the David Rubenstein Atrium.

Latin GRAMMY-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist Leo Sidran opens the evening with his signature jazz-pop fusion and international flair. His solo career was launched in France and shaped by collaborations with artists including the Steve Miller Band, Jorge Drexler, and his father, Ben Sidran.

The night continues with Brooklyn-based Habbina Habbina, a retro-Mediterranean surf rock trio led by guitarist Amit Peled. Their unique blend of Middle Eastern and Western influences channels the energy of Dick Dale, Aris San, and Omar Khorshi for a powerful and distinctive live performance.
