Biography

Technasia is a producer duo in the electronic music scene, consisting of two producers, Amil Khan (from Hong Kong) and Charles Siegling (from France).

In 1996, both producers met in Hong Kong and started to produce tracks together. They founded the label Technasia Records. In 2000, the two made their breakthrough, especially with the two tracks Force and Evergreen. The track Force has become one of the biggest hits in the electronic music scene, this track is also included on Sven Väth’s mix compilation The Sound of the First Season . The track Evergreen is also considered well known and has already been remixed by John Tejada .

In 2001 they released their first longplayer in Europe, “Future Mix”, which features numerous hits like “Hydra”, “Descent” or “Force”. The title “Future Mix” is based on the radio show of the same name, with which Charles Siegling went on air together with Chinese DJ Michael Nee from 1998 to 2001. In 2002, numerous remixes by artists such as Detroit Master Claude Young, Funk D ‘Void, John Tejada and Renato Cohen appeared.
