Éléphant? An uncommon name for an uncommon band. Behind the beast, meet two slender creatures: Lisa Wisznia (27) and François Villevieille (29). She’s wearing pink, he’s all in blue, she’s on percussions, he’s banging on a suitcase in lieu of drums. The duo that is Eléphant has naturally found its rightful place amongst the new French scene. On the band’s first album ‘Collective Mon Amour’, The Dø offer their support and a song (‘Oui, peut-être non’), and so does Benjamin Biolay.
