Biography

DJ Falcon is back with new remixes for Justice, Alex Gopher and Alan Braxe. He is also one of the few collaborators/Producer on the new Daft Punk album, “Random Access Memories” and Grammy award winner for best album. Over the last few years DJ Falcon has been busy preparing new solo material for release later this year and working hard on a number of musical collaborations which will be coming out over the following months.

Stéphane Queme has been producing music and DJ’ing since the late nineties. He grew up on the outskirts of Paris, where he bonded with a group of friends that became a big part of his life. The legendary Thomas Bangalter and Ed Banger boss Pedro Winter helped to put Falcon at the center of the “French House” movement of the 90’s and early 2000’s.
He came from an artistic family, his sister Delphine Queme was also making music with Quartet whilst his cousin is celebrated producer Alan Braxe (Stardust, Vulture) which of course influenced his early tastes.
A job in the A&R department at Virgin preceded his early releases with an EP on Roulé ‘Hello My Name Is DJ Falcon’ and a well received remix for Cassius’ ‘La Mouche’.
Falcon’s musical project with Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter as ‘Together’ spawned two hit singles ‘So Much Love To Give’ and ‘Together’ both on the heralded Roulé. Since then Falcon has been remixing for many renowned artists including Phoenix Cassius and Alan Braxe and he has had the opportunity to travel the world with his camera, surfboard and record bag playing alongside the likes of the Chemical Brothers on their South American tour, Daft Punk on their ‘Alive Tour’ and with his friends from Ed Banger and Kitsune.
His DJ sets are inspired by  everything from Electro Classics , House, Indie Dance, French Touch, Hip Hop to New Rave and Grunge.
He has played almost every prestigious club you can imagine from Pacha (Ibiza), Fabric (London), Rex Club (Paris), Cocoon (Frankfurt) to Womb in Tokyo as well as touring internationally and in the US playing at Cinespace and Avalon + dates in Australasia at Air Club and Womb, most recently performing for Louis Vuitton in Asia.
Since 2010 Falcon has been resident at the Social Club in Paris with Alan Braxe for « Vulture Music Presents label nights
