New video : Papooz – ‘Theatrical State of Mind’

Following their acclaimed album Night Sketches, Papooz released yesterday a new video clip for ‘Theatrical State of Mind’.

This song is  the « french touch » track of the album. ‘We wanted to make something slow disco and extra groovy like Claudia Barry’s ‘Love for the sake of love’.

The video was directed by Parisian director and musician Pablo Padovani aka Moodoïd (French artist), he is part of an effervescent scene of creatives in Paris ranging from musicians to photographers, from graphic designers to 3D designers all firmly determined to leave their mark on culture.

The idea came out of a dream that Armand had a few weeks ago, of Ulysse being a mad and severe king in a castle where banquets and crazy parties happen, attended by weird characters and a court jester.
